Rooted Energy

Come join the Lotus Moon Yoga community for a special event, "Rooted Energy". This class will help you find inner and outer balance, allowing you to feel more grounded and rooted in your body. We will offer a combination of gentle and restorative poses with breaking techniques that will encourage stillness and relaxation. 

This class is ideal for those seeking a deeper connection to the natural world and their own internal guidance as Ariana will guide each student through an energy alignment while we are together. Which will have you leaving feeling rested, revitalized, and grounded.
