This is a very relaxing class and is perfect for all levels. Deep Stretch is a slower flow class that focuses on holding poses for a longer period of time that can be supported with props to help stretch your muscles, increasing your flexibility and range of motion. These restorative yoga poses will calm the mind, reduce stress and relieve anxiety. You will leave class with a calm spirit and a relaxed mind and body.

slow flow classes will guide you through a gentle flow of foundational yoga postures to help you build strength and increase flexibility. There will be plenty of modifications and advancements to meet your yoga needs where ever you are in your practice. You will learn the basic principles of proper pose posture, breath and movement, while still getting an amazing workout.

Intermediate flow, combining basic and advanced poses and offering modifications. This is a well balanced class and great way to increase your heart rate, expand lung capacity, improve balance, strengthen core muscles and increase flexibility.
