Service Description

With your In-Person or virtual private one on one we will break down each posture, demonstrate how to safely practice them, discuss their benefits, then have you mimic and repeat the positions and movements. As your teacher I will be able to verbally guide you, offer physical adjustments, and give other cues to help you practice the pose or sequence we are focusing on. My personal one on one sessions are very customizable to your needs. Whether you’re looking to deepen your yoga practice, deepen your knowledge of specific yoga postures, focus on stretching and flexibility, I am here to help you achieve your goal!
